In a natural park with a fall called Shiraito No Taki, there is a famous restaurant of Somen Nagashi (a style of plucking somen noodles from a flume of cold water). Chiri Somen, local and traditional cuisine of Itoshima area, is served in rich and simple chicken soup and very popular.
