This commercial building houses apparel shops, restaurants, a movie theater Solaria Cinema and fitness gym Solaria Sports. It is connected to Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station and Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel. Furthermore, various events and exhibitions are held at Zepha on the 1F and it makes this facility an important information center of Tenjin. There is also a satellite studio of Tenjin FM, the community radio station and here you can see the DJs talking and playing music in the booth.
