Tenjin(Chuo-ku)
Summary
This Kyushu’s largest underground shopping area of 600 meters long is build underground of Tenjin, stretching from the north to south of the downtown area. There are 12 avenues with 150 various shops of fashion, gourmet, books and more. The space is decorated with 19th century European style design such as flagstone floors and arabesque design ceilings.
