On the 13th floor of the building is a popular public bath, from which you can enjoy the scenic cityscape. There is no other place in the city where you can enjoy the night view of the city while bathing. This hotel lets you spend a fantastic time to relieve your fatigue of the day. Dry sauna is also available. Steam sauna is kind to skin and its esthetic effect is especially recommended for ladies. These facilities are free of charge and open from 17:00 to 24:00.

The nice atmosphere of the restaurant makes their lovely dishes even more delicious. The dining hall on the first floor is known for its very large glass windows and mainly serves dishes in western cuisine beside coffee, pasta and full-course menus. On the 2nd floor is an authentic Chinese restaurant Ran-Ran. You should try their crunchy fried rice dishes. Chanko style hot pot (special hot pot for sumo wrestlers) of Shigenabe is genuine, with its recipe succeeded from the real sumo-beya (stable of sumo wrestlers). Fugu (pufferfish) dishes are also recommended here. All restaurants have reasonable menus.
