This is a development district consisting mainly of a housing complex and a commercial area. The district was designed by 7 architects of the world, including Kisho Kurokawa, Kan Izue and Stanley Tigerman. The district comprises several mansion blocks of Seaside Momochi and Nexus Momochi. The ensemble of these buildings, residing harmoniously each with its distinct originality, makes a beautiful part of the surrounding cityscape.
