Fukutaro’s factory offers a free factory tour. After watching a video about manufacturing process and history of mentaiko (cod ovum), you can look at the actual manufacturing process through the glass. The interior design of the factory is themed on sea and this is a unique and interesting place to learn about mentaiko. Come visit Fukutaro’s factory for tasting mentaiko and get a special present.
