Motsusho's reputable giblet hot pot uses gyoza skins to seal in the delicious flavor. The hot pot comes with four kinds of giblets and fresh vegetables. Try it with "vinegar soy sauce" and "yuzu flavored chili" for a delicious and unique taste.
