In the Nishijin shopping mall of Swara-ku, many stalls form a row in the center of the street. They are nicknamed ""wheeled cart troop"". The members of itinerant merchant association of Nishijin carry in their carts and sell fresh vegetables, sea foods and flowers. They are all fresh and reasonable. The troop attracts many people from the neighboring areas and also from a distance. The street of Nishijin is always vibrant and lively with the brisk voices of those old merchants.
