In 1949, Kawahara Toshio, the founder of Fukuya, produced Aji-no-mentaiko and now it has become one of the most popular local foods of Hakata. There are 4 grades of spiciness you can choose from. The price is from 1050 yen for 120 grams. It is very popular as souvenirs.
