The sophisticated sweetness of yellow bean jam covered with soft marshmallow is popular. Marshmallow day (White day), now popular as a day of returning the favor of Valentine’s day gift, was the idea of the third owner of Ishimuramanseido. Each product of Ishimura Manseido is of excellent quality and taste preserved since its foundation.
