Each floor is themed by various facilities, such as a study room, a handicraft room, a music room, a painting room, and a science laboratory. There is also a hall with 764 seats, which holds events such as concerts and plays. Above all, a planetarium show is held, 5 times a day on Sundays and Holidays, 4 times a day on Saturdays, once a day on weekdays.
