Ohori Matsuri consists of 2 events. One is West Japan Ohori Fireworks Display on the 1st of August and the other is the festival on the 3rd of November, which includes the march of 25 samurais of Kuroda clan and Aratsuno Mai, the traditional dance performance. The fireworks display, established as a local summer feature, takes place in the central part of the city and presents many people in the city with a beautiful night sky filled with flowers of fire.
