Sushi is the most popular of Japan. This is a great chance for you to try sushi making and compare the taste your sushi with that of professional sushi cook. Group attendance is also accepted. (Reservation needed at least 3 days before the day of the program.)
You can try making 4 pieces of sushi with a sushi chef. Then sitting at the counter, you can learn how to eat sushi and about agari, gari, murasaki and other sushi related things as the chef makes sushis for you.
