- A reasonable roundtrip ticket to Fukuoka with reserved seat in Shinkansen. The ticket to depart from Kyoto cannot be used during Golden Week, Obon and new year’s holidays. The ticket is valid for 7 days and children are at half-fare of Adults.

- A big discount for a set of 2 tickets with reserved seat in Shinkansen. The ticket is used either for 1 roundtrip or one-way trip for two people. Applicable route is between Osaka/Kobe and Kitakyushu/Fukuoka. It is valid for 12 days starting from 3 days after the date of purchase, and the ticket can be used during Golden Week and Obon holidays.

- *Purchased at Midori-no-Madoguchi (JR ticket sales counter) at each JR Kyushu station, JOYROAD branches, JR Kyushu Okinawa branch, COOP univ. (except for some shops), etc.
- A discount card limited on weekends for any people of age between 16 and 29 years old issued by JR Kyushu. You can get 30% discount when taking a train to the distance over 101 km zone within JR Kyushu lines on the weekends & national holidays, and also get a discount up to 40% for other routes than the example of the former. You can join as a member by showing your ID or student ID to prove your age and being able to receive discounts on the same day you applied so that it is okay to apply after arrived in Kyushu. The card is valid for 1 year.

- 3-day unlimited ride pass on almost all highway and local buses within Kyushu. The accessible routes are up to about 2,200 varieties which represent 99 % of all buses operating within the island. “All Kyushu” pass applicable for all 7 prefectures in Kyushu will cost 10,000yen; “Northern Kyushu” pass for 5 prefectures including Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Oita and Kumamoto will cost 6,000yen. (It is priced as 8,000yen if purchased at counters within Kyushu.)

- “nimoca” is a IC card that will yield points by using public transportation such as Nishitetsu Bus & Train and shopping at nimoca affiliated stores including commercial facilities, hotels and movie theaters in Tenjin area and along with Tenjin Omuta railroad line. It can be repeatedly used as long as you pay certain amounts in advance. Points are added each time you use the card and the points you earned can be applied to a fare of Nishitetsu bus and train as well as e-money for shopping. (1 point=1 yen)
*Member registration is necessary for “star nimoca” that let you collect points through a shopping at affiliate stores.
